Comm - one of two

Commission for ~Azure-Kire who's great.
I'm actually doing two of these because wow I got payed a lot for this crap.
And because it's fun drawing psycho people and blood and oversized weapons.

This is the first one though. 8D
I over did it with effects in photoshop and glitching the picture ahaa.

Not sure if I'll glitch the second one, probably because it's really fun.
